All submitted projects and team applications will be evaluated by the organizing committee before the event.
Only selected teams will receive a confirmation email, which includes event details and a QR code required for access on the event day.
Teams are encouraged to submit clear project ideas and team compositions before the submission deadline.
Confirmation & Access
Once selected, participants will receive an email with a confirmation notice and a unique QR code.
This QR code will serve as a digital badge to access the event and receive hackathon materials.
Transportation & Arrival
On the day of the event, mini vans will be available to pick up participants from predefined meeting points, such as train stations and CTM stations.
Pickup schedules and logistics preferences will be confirmed via email before the event.
Check-in will take place at the entrance gates of the hackathon venue. Please make sure to present your confirmation email with the QR code for verification.
On-Site Support During the event:
The PX (Participant Experience) Team will be available throughout the venue to assist with orientation, directions, and participant comfort — acting as your “human GPS”.
The DX (Developer Experience) Team will serve as your “human debugger”, ready to help you troubleshoot technical issues and guide you through tool usage and setups.
